"A clearly structured collection of advice on how to do the best you can and be the best you can be. "
Be the G.O.A.T by Harry Sudbury pretty much leaves no stone unturned in this collection of help and advice to help you become the greatest version of yourself. Starting with relatively small things like always making your bead and accepting that breath mint, to the big-ticket items like making career decisions and navigating personal and professional relationships. This clear and simple guide features 101 rules to help with your personal and professional development based on the author’s experiences.
There’s a lot of information packed very concisely into this book. Split into sections that focus on growth, relationships, financial resilience and social and emotional standards and wellbeing, Be the G.O.A.T. offers a broad spectrum of advice to its young adult, Gen Z audience. The broad nature of the advice makes this book great for younger adults as they embark on first jobs, new relationships or perhaps set out on their own away from the family home. However I would say that the advice is also relevant and helpful to adults of any age looking to improve upon these aspects of their life - perhaps wanting to improve how they feel in a larger group of people or wanting more financial fulfilment. A clear and relatable collection of advice contained within 101 easily digestible rules that can be referred back to at any time.
