An international expert on the subject of human trafficking, he is founder of RACE Lab (Research, Advocacy and Capacity building against Exploitation lab), India’s first anti-human trafficking lab. He was Director, NISD (National Institute of Social Defence), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
