Banks thrive on secrets. They're built on them. Secrets buried under mountains of paperwork, audit data and money trails. Secrets that can keep the wheel turning through law suits, subpoenas and compliance reviews. Yet, when a couple complains about losing their entire life savings with global multibillion, Wall Street bank, Saxon Inc, the stirrings of a probe comes whistling through the Wall Street rumour mill, as a lone government investigator, with a reputation for uncomfortable honesty, makes a few enquiries. But when bodies start turning up, investigator Sean O'Hara knows this case is something else holding dark secrets with international repercussions. Following up leads, it isn't long before O'Hara finds himself with powerful enemies.
