Paul Johnston certainly likes to throw red herrings in to the mix in his intricate crime novels and this one has plenty to keep you guessing. The characters from The Death List are back when the sister of the killer who previously targeted Matt Wells, and his family, returns to avenge her brother. Although you may get a little lost in the middle, with so many characters to keep track of, Johnson brings things back to a nail biting ending and a chilling conclusion.
