Never Look Back DI Mike Lockyer Book 1 by Clare Donoghue

Lovereading view...

The start of a series set in South East London featuring DI Mike Lockyer and DS Jane Bennett. It is terrific and I do suggest you start now and read the series in order. A sample chapter of the next comes at the end of this to keep you hooked. The style is really nice, the characters great and there are no unnecessary details despite the red herrings. It twists and turns leading you down unexpected paths until you know who the killer is … and then it’s not! Great stuff; highly recommended.
