He has a particular interest in Belgian and international craft brewing and has compiled eight editions of Good Beer Guide Belgium (1992 to 2010) and co-wrote 100 Belgian Beers to Try Before You Die! (2008) and LambicLand (2004 & 2010). Tim writes for Beer Advocate Magazine (US) and is managing editor of his own niche publishing company.
