Sue Baker's view...

Natalie Coleman was the much deserved winner of the 2013 Masterchef competition – and now here is her first cookery book, Winning Recipes. Organised by cooking method, Natalie Coleman seeks to prove that great food is not always complicated once you have the basics under your belt. I see this becoming a great favourite, up a notch from what perhaps some of us might see as everyday food, it’s none-the-less easy to prepare and looks absolutely delicious.
