One of our Reader Review panel members summed this book up perfectly - 'Comical and uplifting, this delightful blend of stories fills you with a warm fuzzy feeling as you immerse yourself in an utterly absorbing tale of inspired vision and dry wit.' The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion. This quirky, romantic, gem of a book weirdly sits somewhere between One Day, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time and Bridget Jones's Diary. We loved it, as did our Reader Reviewers!

Deborah's novel, Swimming Home, was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize in 2012.

Oh What A Night!

23 April is World Book Night, one of our favourite nights of the year. A beautifully simple idea: a national celebration of reading. 400,000 books will be given away in just one night ... and there are events galore for you to take part in... Visit the World Book Night website and get involved!

Don't let the teenagers have all the fun

Twilight, Curious Incident - just two examples of books that were written for teenagers but happily for grown-ups 'crossed over'.
