One of the most influential food and health writers in the UK and Europe today, Jane Clarke is also a qualified dietitian, and continues to spearhead highly successful nutrition and dietetic practices in London and Leicester, where her specialist practice assists patients with cancer whilst also continuing to treat young children and the elderly. Her website provides nourishing recipes and nutritional information, as well as cutting-edge journalistic scoops on current health and nutrition topics.


Jane has written seven other best-selling books including Yummy! and Yummy Baby and is currently the nutrition columnist for Junior magazine.
