You want to stop reading – but you can’t…… Normal 20-something’s getting on with life in Manhattan – but just a little bit below the surface there’s lies , obsession, deluded views of the world and, of course murder. Katie Porter obsesses about the 3 lbs she put on last week, while Andy is nice to her only to get sex, meanwhile someone has been watching her for weeks and he’s convinced she’s the girl for him. Jason Starr has a great talent for taking ordinary situations and turning them into gripping page turners.
In New York City's singles scene, a young woman looking for love can find herself the object of a deadly obsession. With each meaningless date, Katie Porter is becoming more and more disillusioned. No matter how wide a net she casts she can't seem to find a guy who really understands her.
