It’s someone who plays customer to spy on staff, to see how pleasant they are, that they are doing their job correctly etc. This is the second in this delicious ‘spy’ series. It continues the lives of the three girls from the first, The Secret Shopper’s Revenge and although it does stand on its own, it is much enhanced by knowledge of the first. The third comes next spring.
