The child psychologist, Alex Delaware, has starred in most of Kellerman’s thrillers until he introduced Petra Connor in his last book. She’s great. With sidekick Isaac Gomez they race against time to solve and prevent a string of possibly connected murders. With excellent character building, a good sense of place (Hollywood) and mounting tension, he’s a great read.
