This is a great read. I'm a city girl, so sometimes when I'm wedged under an armpit in the tube, the idea of packing up and moving to the country is terribly appealing. Christina Jones' fantastic book is just what I need in those situations; a little slice of rural England that I can carry around in my bag. Set in the village of Bagley, where everyone's business is common knowledge, Sukie Ambrose decides to use essential oils from the plants in her garden for her Aromatherapy business. She is surprised to discover that her potions help with a little more than her clients' aches and pains and soon the whole village seems to be under her spell. Plenty of humour, romance and a little touch of magic.
