This is a teen romance to really get your teeth into. It’s an
action-packed, urban fantasy full of Gothic seduction, teen angst,
passion, wicked humour and adventure, all skilfully ignited by an
age-old prophecy and a reluctant vampire princess that will carry the
reader breathless to the very last page. Told through a gripping dual
narrative by Solange, the only non-initiated vampire ever born and
Lucy, Solange’s best friend.
The Blakes are rather different to your usual neighbours. They are vampires and some of the members of the family date back to the twelfth century. One of the children, Solange, is the only born female vampire known and, as such, she poses a direct threat to the vampire queen.
