Sarah Broadhurst's view...

This follows on from Die For Me and Scream For Me, both of which I urge you to read, but you can start here and be hooked. It’s got the lot: rape, murder, abduction, paedophilia and more. Within the characters there are hopes, dreams, love, regrets and mistakes and it all draws you in fast – makes you care, makes you cry, makes you smile. With grisly terror and more sex than is the norm in a serial killer tale, this is quite a read. Highly recommended.

Comparison: Tess Gerritsen, P J Tracy, Richard Montanari.

Synopsis

Kill For Me by Karen Rose

The terrifying sequel to DIE FOR ME and SCREAM FOR ME, KILL FOR ME is Karen Rose's most frightening thriller to date. For years District Attorney Susannah Vartanian has refused to allow anyone close to her. Her life changed overnight when as a teenager she was brutally raped by a vicious gang of youths.

Detective Luke Papadopoulus is fast approaching burn-out. As a detective working on sex-crimes against children, he will do anything to find those responsible for such evil atrocities. Monica Cassidy is terrified.

Kidnapped and held in a bunker with eleven other girls, all victims of a paedophile ring started by Susannah's rapists, she barely escaped with her life when her kidnappers panicked and fled, killing five of the girls as they left. Now Monica is the only one who can identify the ring's members and they know where she is. Will Luke and Susannah be able to keep Monica safe and crack the ring before the remaining girls disappear forever?
