I loved Nick and Bee, their easy going email exchanges are at the core of the book throughout, even as the narrative broadens and they search for other ways to be happy. As I was reading I didn’t know what was coming next, or whether there was going to be a happy ending.
Those last two words set my heart soaring! At times I was tearing up and other times I was laughing out loud at the witty remarks, sarcastic comments or wonderfully quirky wider cast of characters. Impossible is a brilliantly inventive relationship story with funny bones and a heartwarming centre. Expect the unexpected and you won’t be disappointed.
