Thankless in Death by J. D. Robb

Sarah Broadhurst's view...

The pseudonym of Nora Roberts, J D Robb writes great, exciting futuristic crime thrillers. This is number 37 in the series and whilst traditionalists may want to start at the beginning (1995’s Naked in Death) there’s no harm in jumping right in here as it’s a slightly self-contained story and getting a feel for a great writer at the height of their powers.
