Blood Guilt by Ben Cheetham

Lovereading view...

Just out of prison for serving a manslaughter charge, our ex-policeman, guilt-ridden , self-hating protagonist wants in some way to atone for his crime. Then fate hands him a solution that he can set up and run with. This really is page-turning, plot twisting, well written stuff. Dark, gritty, Sheffield-based with that horrid feeling … there but for the grace of God … this ordinary man, who acted foolishly and is now truly paying the price, does get your sympathy. Highly recommended.

If you like Ben Cheetham you might also like to read books by Allan Guthrie, Stuart MacBride and Neil White.
