The Author: Yves Pallade was born in Duesseldorf (Germany) in 1977. He followed a course in European Studies at King's College London and at the London School of Economics, where he was awarded his BA, and continued his studies at the University of Cambridge, obtaining a Master's degree in International Relations in 2001. In 2004 he was admitted to the degree of Dr. phil. in Political Science at the University of Duesseldorf.
