Marie A. Failinger, Hamline University School of Law, was the long-time editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Religion. She writes on Lutheran theories of law and religion. Elizabeth R. Murphy Institute for Catholic Thought, Law and Public Policy and a contributor to the Catholic legal theory blog Mirror of Justice. Her scholarship focuses on banking and consumer law, disability rights, and feminist legal theory, with a particular emphasis on the application of Catholic social theory. Susan Stabile, University of Saint Thomas School of Law, writes on Catholic social thought within church institutions and as applied to corporate and labor theory.
