Using her knowledge of ingredients as a tool to harness the power of food and keep us feeling as well as we can. In 2020 she launched her award-winning range of supplements 'Lizzie Loves Nature's Botanicals', BE WELL, BE SLEEPY and BE SETTLED that have garnered love and critical acclaim and which have just launched in Holland & Barrett.
