Ivana Pilic is acting director of the Vienna Brunnenpassage and a communication studies academic. She has been a cultural worker in the art-social-space since 2010. Her focus within the field of art is directed at the development and application of concepts of participation, curatorial activities, and program development. In addition, she works as a freelance trainer in the field of gender awareness and anti-racism.

Anne Wiederhold is a co-founder and the artistic director of the Vienna Brunnenpassage as well as being an actor. As an actor, she has been in many international productions and ensembles and continues to do so, above all in experimental bodily theater. Her expertise is in transcultural artistic praxis, in the field of art as a tool for social change, and migrant mainstreaming in cultural policy. From 2012-2014 she was an expert in the EU Work Group for the Role of Public Arts and Cultural Institutions in the Promotion of Cultural Diversity and Intercultural Dialogue.
