A really useful book that should be in every managers library.
This is a great book for any leader or manager wanting to develop a coaching culture in the workplace. The author provides a very thorough deep dive into the literature and thought-leaders in the field, and carefully references the ideas to the modern workplace. The chapters on analysing the needs of the individual and the business and installing a coaching plan are very well structured and easy to work through. There are some great activities to work through. I particularly liked that the book isn't a direct 'How To' but provides ideas and learning opportunities to create a bespoke coaching programme that works for every work place, every coach and every coachee. A really useful book that should be in every managers library.
