Her connection to the Deathless One through her resurrection brings an instant spark of desire between them that comes to a boil over the course of the book. Although the fight to claim her kingdom may be noble, our main characters also bring out the worst in each other, meaning this Romantasy is slightly on the darker side and has some interesting potential. They’re heading for the throne but what kind of rulers will they be once they get there?
The first in the Gravesinger series, there’s more to uncover about the plot behind Jessamine’s murder, the fight for her kingdom continues and we wait to see what the Deathless One truly wants to do when he’s free.
