James and William were just children the day the Comanche raiding party came. When the raiders rode off, they took little William with them and left James alone with his mother--and a burning need for revenge. As the years passed, William was raised by the Comanche as their own, trained to become a fierce warrior and defender of his people. And James's anger turned him into the most feared Indian killer on the frontier. Two brothers, once close, now worlds apart. Neither knows what the other has become, or even if he is still alive. But James will never forget his mother's dying words: "Find your brother, no matter how long it takes."
