LoveReading Says
July 2014 Book of the Month.
A tale full of passion, anger, fear and heartache, an excellent read which concerns the love between a lonely school librarian, Lizzie, and a compulsive/obsessive artist, Zach. It is fast-paced, told from two points of view. That in itself is mysterious for the identity of the ‘other’ voice is not revealed until the end, all very clever. Swinging between London and Cornwall it tells of a deep love that sours a misunderstanding with tragic consequences and some pretty devastating secrets. It’s good.

A 'Piece of Passion' from the publisher...
'Remember Me This Way started life as an outline of one paragraph: a woman goes to lay flowers on the site of her husband’s fatal car crash. But when she gets there, she finds another bunch of flowers… I knew from the opening idea that this would be a novel where you’re desperate to find out what happens next, and it is, and you are! But apart from the twists and the surprises that keep you turning the page, it’s also a fascinating, really moving book about marriages and relationships and best intentions and damaged people. It will leave you wondering if you can ever really know someone… even yourself. I love it, and I hope you do too!'- Ruth Tross, Editor, Mulholland Books

Sabine Durrant Press Reviews
Durrant is a writer who can leave you breathless with anticipation, but her great power is in the profound psychological subtleties that fill her pages. A superb book, from start to finish. -- Alex Marwood, author of The Wicked Girls
From its brilliant yet heart-breaking opening to its unexpected and shocking ending, it took me on an exhilarating and relentless journey until the very last page. I literally gasped out loud in a couple of places! With its cast of intricate and well-developed characters, Remember Me This Way is as tense and terrifying as they come - Sam Hayes, author of Until You're Mine
Totally gripped me: twisty, dark, beguiling. Just my kind of story. Brilliant. -- Julia Crouch, author of Cuckoo and The Long Fall
Praise for UNDER YOUR SKIN .
A thrilling whodunnit...will keep you gripped and guessing till the very end. Is it - dare we say - the new Gone Girl? Grazia Warning: you won't want to put this down...a series of clever twists lead to a stunning ending Look UNDER YOUR SKIN rapidly unravels into a maelstrom of tension and paranoia, as Durrant draws a disturbing picture of how easy it is for even the most perfect life to implode... if the mark of a good thriller is the compulsion to reread it immediately on finishing, to see if the clues can be spotted second time round, then UNDER YOUR SKIN has it, in spades - Observer
