Another addictive, adrenaline fueled, breakneck adventure for Elvis Cole Private Detective and Joe Pike. A very dangerous man when roused especially when his best friend has been kidnapped.

Cole is employed by a mother worried about her daughter who she thinks has run off with her boyfriend. This turns out to be the least of either of their worries as it becomes clear she has been taken by a ruthless gang of  ‘bajadores’ who kidnap illegal immigrants to demand a ransom and kill the ones whose families won’t pay. In his search, Cole is captured as well and the clock is ticking if he is to be found alive...
