By the title you would not be mistaken in believing there was a Limbo I and this is its sequel. The shout line is “Limbo is where you go to Dream”. If I tell you the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse take over a newsagent in Lancing, Sussex, it will give you a flavour of this wacky tale. The original owners are now King and Queen of Limbo. There is an alien saviour, a super intelligent nose, Morris men and more in a highly inventive, fantasy anchored in this world. I loved it, really refreshing, absorbing, original and inventive. Great stuff.
Comparison: Jasper Fforde, Tom Holt, Robert Rankin.

A second novel of humorous fantasy by the author of Limbo It seems as if not all copies of 'The Book' of destiny have been destroyed, and one of its prophecies - that of the appearance of The Four Horsemen of the Apocolypse - has become true. The Horsemen have arrived on their different coloured horses: one Black, one White, one Pale and one Pink, and are searching for Rex Boggs - Wizard of Limbo - who prevented their arrival on Hove seafront by rewriting the future.
