"It is a book that is difficult to put down, so be prepared for some late nights!"
One more chance is a dark romance where the protagonist, Levi, is given a second chance to change his life for the better. From the outset, the reader knows Levi is dead and his journey into the past could help him regain what he has lost. The trouble is – can he use the opportunity given to him? And will his wife, Sloane, be prepared to take him back?
This story was intriguing from the start. Told in the first person by Levi, the reader gets to know Sloane through his eyes. The reader gets to understand Sloane as Levi himself begins to know her through new eyes. It is a building of faith in someone who had been badly let down and who has to find the courage to trust again. Will Levi have the resolution to overcome the challenges he has created for himself?
This compelling read takes the reader through time travel, second chances, betrayal and redemption. For both Levi and Sloane, the hurt is very real. It is a book that is difficult to put down, so be prepared for some late nights!
