"It's definitely a book I will reach for time and again and would be like having a conversation with a good friend."
Available in Paperback and Kindle on Amazon.
This is a joyous, thought-provoking delve into the link between emotions, psychology and physiology. It starts with an interesting introduction into the author's trip of self-discovery to Nepal, includes a review of the thought-leaders in physics, genetics and epigenetics, then moves into Tips, Tools and Techniques. I really liked the way the book was structured with exercises throughout to reprogram your thinking, the recaps at the end of chapters and questions to make you deep dive into yourself.
I really liked the writing style. It felt as though I was in conversation with the author. It was easy to read, digestible, bite-sized, interesting and informative. It was easy to dip in and out of, but most of all it was upbeat and chipper! It's a great book to provide a foundation for sustainable change rather than a quick fix and I liked that most of all. It's definitely a book I will reach for time and again and would be like having a conversation with a good friend. Very enjoyable.
