This is an interesting self-help book based around understanding “the human experience”. The main focus of the book throughout is that once you truly understand yourself, you are able to find the root of any trouble you may be experiencing. It is an interesting concept, and I have found that sitting and working out the cause of more general feelings of worry or anxiety helps you to then overcome them.
Another theme of this book is self-knowledge and understanding yourself is also a basis for self-confidence, knowing yourself helps you to work out what you want, and how to be happy and the best way for you to achieve both.
