The Last Days of Rabbit Hayes by Anna McPartlin

Sarah Broadhurst's view...

A poignant book about the final days of cancer, of how family and friends react and how the 40-year old Mia (Rabbit), copes. The book begins with her cancer blog when there was still hope. We get slices of her life and great love for a singer in her brother’s band and we get the days in the hospice. It is brilliant. The characters are excellent and believable and despite the sad subject matter you are allowed to laugh through your tears. Highly recommended.

If you like Anna McPartlin you might also like to read books by Rachel Joyce, John Green and JojoMoyes.

Here is a truth that won't be forgotten: this is a story about laughing through life's surprises and finding the joy in every moment.
