The Good Book Guide Review

In 1980, Emma is backpacking around Europe, when events take a sinister turn and she finds herself involved in a traumatizing and violent experience. Kate, in present-day London, now with a loving husband, gorgeous daughter and a beautiful home, has suffered the death of her first daughter aged eight. Out of the blue, an old friend gets in touch with Kate and her carefully orchestrated life begins to unravel. This is a chilling tale of youthful indiscretion, obsession and the overwhelming force of revenge.

The Long Fall Press Reviews

'Another compelling, beautifully-written book from one of the best writers in a strong field. Once again, Julia Crouch plays on our darkest fears, and makes the reader feel that the closer to home, the greater the menace. Brilliant'
Erin Kelly

'A highly addictive revenge thriller'... Julia Crouch expertly thrusts you back into those heady days of teenage gap years, when anything feels possible, yet danger lurks everywhere. I devoured The Long Fall in two days, and couldn't stop thinking about it afterwards' -- Louise Millar
