Mick Dennis is a freelance journalist and media consultant who has worked as the sports editor of the Evening Standard and the Daily Express's football correspondent as well as writing regularly for the Daily Mirror and The Sunday Times. In his spare time, he is a football referee, works as vice chair of a charitable trust which manages local sports facilities and is a magistrate. He lives in Hemel Hempstead.
