Kimberly McCreight is the author of the New York Times bestseller Reconstructing Amelia, which was nominated for the Edgar Awards; one of CNN's Reader Favourites for 2013 and a finalist for Goodreads Best Mystery of the Year. Outliers is her YA debut; it has been optioned for film by Lionsgate, Mandeville, and Reese Witherspoon's Pacific Standard. She attended Vassar College and graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
