A hilarious farce.
When the king of the grim reapers's son needs help to take a ghost haunting his home, he asks his father to help remove it but was it a mistake.
You Can't Kill a Skeleton with a Knife
'Oh great, more paperwork!' moaned a man in a blue top hat and tux in a mask. He was known as Blue Midnight, a superhero. His son hit him on the back and laughed. 'You love paperwork what are you worried about,' said his son laughing.
'Get out of my hair boy,' Blake snapped at his son Lance who was dress similarly in blue.
'You'd think you didn't love me,' said his son sarcastically.
'Not now I'm on a case Enchanter,' Blake then said accusingly 'The Necromancer Murdered another person.'
'Oh, that is terrible! Did I know them?' Lance asked.
The Necromancer goes to Jail
'I hear you could break out of jail if you wanted to,' said the guard.
'Yes it's easy but where's the fun in that,' said Lance smiling impishly.
'What fun can you have in jail?' asked the Kingpin.
'Not been here long enough for it to be a bore yet,' Lance said who was having fun messing with their minds.
From His Ashes
Lance transforms from a reaper to the Enchanter.

"'What brings you to the land of the dead? asked Mortimer, the king of the grim reapers to his son another reaper called the Necromancer.
'Don't be dramatic, it's just a morgue,' said the Necromancer his son.
'Did you come to visit your victims?' asked Mortimer, who was in human form like the Necromancer.
'No, I came because I needed your help, Dad,' said the Necromancer.
Mortimer pushed up his glasses which were slipping down his perfect nose.
Mortimer put his hands on his perfectly clean lab coat on his perfect hips looking curiously and defiantly at his son ready to rebuff the sharp verbal jab he expected from his son."
"When the new ambassador from Alpha Centauri dies in suspicious circumstances the Necomancer is suspected as the killer and his son is found on the scene of the murder he will be killed if the killer is not caught."
"As nightmares go the Masked Chicken's nightmare was really bad it broke him not only in his mind as a dreamer it broke him in the waking world too.
In his dreams, he was tormented and made to feel inept. He dreamed he was a hero but nothing ever went right for him and his side kick the Blue Wren.
It frustrated both of them no matter what he and the Wren did he would never save the day. In his waking hours, he also thought he was a hero but once again he was a serial victim. He was the hapless sidekick of the superhero the King of Doom a real superhero who spent his days saving his best friend the Masked Chicken and his nights having horrific visions of what would happen if he did not stop it."

Behind Blue Eyes
The eyes are the mask of Blake the Grim Reaper a story about how hard it is for the Reaper to hide behind Blake the coroner's blue eyes he knows the true name of a corpse in his morgue known only as John Doe but can't reveal it.
In walked a policeman in uniform he was puzzled.
'Were you talking to your friend on the slab's ghost? Did he say who he was?' asked the policeman Blake's great uncle the Magician the Red Fox.
'Hmm? Of course not!' scoffed Blake.
'I heard you talking vaguely,' said the Fox.
'I was talking to myself, his soul is gone! Even a great Necromancer can't talk to a soul which is not there he's just a shell,' said Blake who was a great necromancer.
Second Story
The Requiem
Blake is dead and his spirit Mortimer the Grim Reaper goes to his own funeral only problem is his drunk. How mad will it get?
'Why are you here it is not respectful to the dead or family and friends, Mortimer, you can't be here,' said the deadman's best friend to a grim reaper who he knew was the soul of the deadman. 'It's my party I can be here, Mass,' said the drunk reaper. 'You're drunk, you shouldn't come in,' said Max Starfire. 'I'm not drunk! I didn't know you had a twin?' said the reaper looking at an invisible nonexistent man induced by drink. 'I don't I'm an only child,' said Max nervously as the reaper pushed passed him."

Blake the king of the Grim Reapers and his son have hell trying to deal with taking people they know to the afterlife. One person taken is an old flame the other is a pain in the neck who thinks he's a card Blake tries to put this card back in the deck, well into hell will it suppress this clown?"

When someone makes Blake Fire the magician does his will in return he won't reveal that Fire is a grim reaper
Blake will go only so far. When he is driven too far Blake shows them how dangerous it is to play with Fire."

"'Blake, you hear the news,' said Blake Alexander's Grandfather the galactic Emperor Sapphirus Argent aka Fred Alexander.
Blake was the local solar system's, Emperor Alexandrite Argent using his actual name.
'What news, Grandpa?' asked Blake.
'The Americans found more X-Zeraciens dead in Death Valley,' said Fred.
'Not more illegal aliens abandoned in the wilderness?' said Blake shocked by the news.
'We are afraid so,' said Blake's great-uncle Reynard Alexander the Martian king, Fred's brother a policeman.
'Why do they abandon them in remote places?' asked Chariote Magnesite the ambassador of the Andromeda System.
'They want money and have no honor,' said Lance, Blake's son."
