Cosmos Synopsis

Cosmos came to Europe from Ghana as a boat refugee. Now, he is a bottle collector living in Copenhagen, sleeping under the open sky in city parks. By night, he writes messages to his family back home in Woe and by day he navigates the city streets with The Crows, a tightknit group of migrants he has befriended.

When Cosmos meets the enigmatic Elizabeth at a hair salon, everything changes; between competitive games of basketball and swims in the sea, they fall in love. Cosmos discovers a life rich with poetry, fashion and art, a life at odds with his time as a refugee with no guarantee of a final destination. He is quick to lose himself to Elizabeth's glimmering world and open heart, and soon home takes on a new meaning.
