Beyond Fear

Beyond Fear Synopsis

A 2026 TIME100 creator and bestselling author of Free Ride (out now)

One woman. A life-changing adventure.

It's now or never for Noraly Schoenmaker. If she wants to break ground as a filmmaker and full-time adventurer, her YouTube channel needs to take off with an even bolder expedition: a solo motorcycle journey across the Americas. 65,000 kilometres. Sixteen countries. Completely alone.

Beyond Fear follows Noraly's ride from Argentina to Alaska, as she battles the fierce crosswinds of Patagonia, nearly loses her life on the edge of a cliff in Bolivia, survives an earthquake in Ecuador, and comes face-to-face with armed drug cartels in Mexico. When she crosses the border, her journey takes her back to her career as a geologist, a chapter of her life she thought she had closed, as she ventures down into underground mines before following the gold rush up through America and Canada, all the way to the tip of Alaska.

The danger becomes an addiction, even a lifeline, for Noraly, and along the way she learns to appreciate how her fears have shaped her. But as her online fame grows, a new fear emerges: out on the road alone, she is stalked and pursued by strangers whose presence threatens to turn her life upside down.

Beyond Fear is an unforgettable testament to human resilience, the thrill of the unknown, and the relentless power of moving forward.
