The only way to prevent an apocalypse is for Vampirella to give her infant back to Draculina - and Vampirella may be willing to watch the whole world burn before losing her baby again!

Vampirella's infant son, stolen by her evil twin Draculina, has finally been returned to her. But Vampi hasn't bonded with the baby and sees him as a stranger, and the resulting pain sends her spiraling into a severe postpartum depression.
Just as things feel like they couldn't get any worse, a mysterious figure named Cicero arrives, claiming to be her grown-up child transported back from the future - a cataclysmic time in which Vampirella, consumed by bitterness, unleashes a nuclear holocaust!
