Once Upon a Dream

Once Upon a Dream Synopsis

Briar Hawthorne thought she had left Storywood, and her strange gift, behind for good.

Back in her coastal hometown, she spends her days restoring her grandmother's crumbling cottage and working as a nurse at the local hospital, determined to ignore the magic threaded through the town. But when an old friend urges her to explore her ancestry, Briar uncovers secrets that were never meant to stay hidden.

Then she finds an unconscious man along the beach.

In the hospital, Briar slips into his dreams, a place where Henry is vivid, charming, and impossible to forget. As her powers awaken, so do unsettling questions. Henry's dreams are filled with cryptic clues about the accident that left him unconscious, drawing Briar deeper into a mystery tied to Storywood itself.

But in the waking world, Henry has a fiancée waiting by his bedside, and Briar cannot shake the feeling that someone, or something, is watching her every move. As magic stirs and old secrets surface, Briar must decide whether to trust her heart, her gift, or neither.
