Unseen Grantham features 200 previously unpublished photographs and postcards that will appeal to everyone with an interest in the period of Grantham's history from the middle of the Victorian era until the 1960s. Accompanied by informative captions, these rare images show streets and houses, shops and businesses, pubs and people which have never appeared in print before. A chapter on the town in the First World War also pays a poignant tribute to the men and women who lived through the conflict a century ago. All aspects of everyday life is recorded here, offering a unique glimpse of a bygone time for all who know this Lincolnshire market town.
