HOPKINS is the Jennie Carlisle Golding Chair of Philosophy at Millsaps College and Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior and Affiliate Faculty of the Center for Bioethics and Medical Humanities at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is the editor of Sex/Machine: Readings in Culture, Gender, and Technology and is the author of numerous articles on bioethics, moral psychology, gender studies, and science and technology studies.
