Pakeeza Rahman is a barrister with Magdalen Chambers in Exeter and was called to the Bar in 2012. Prior to transferring to the Bar, Pakeeza was a solicitor employed as a Legal Adviser for Taunton Deane, Sedgemoor and West Somerset Magistrates' Courts for more than nine years; as an experienced practitioner she regularly researched and advised on youth court law and practice. Pakeeza now deals with all areas of law concerning children and also spends time abroad working with communities in Cambodia. Her commitment to Cambodia and its children stems from her time there in 2013 and 2014 when she worked with child related non-government organisations and charities before she started her pupillage with Magdalen Chambers.
