Mirko D'Onofrio is a Full Professor of Radiology at G.B. Rossi University Hospital at the University of Verona, Italy.
President of the regional group Veneto Trentino Alto Adige of Italian Society of Radiology SIRM (Società italiana di Radiologia Medica e Interventistica). He was a chairman of the ESUMB (European Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology) European guidelines on the use of contrast media in ultrasound, for interventional ultrasound (IVIM) and for elastosonography in 2008, 2011 and 2016. He is fellow of ESGAR and ICIS.
He currently serves on the editorial boards of several journals, including European Radiology, AJR, Radiology, European Journal of Radiology, WJG, WJR, Ultrasonography and Cancer Imaging.
