Mark Silinsky, Ph.D. is a retired 40-year analyst who served in the United States Intelligence Community, with a focus on terrorism, counterintelligence, and the Middle East. He earned his M. Phil in international relations at Oxford University under the supervision of Sir Michael Howard. He is president of Kensington Security Consulting and is the author of five books on international relations and Middle Eastern terrorism.
