The Editors: Mari Carmen Campoy is the Head of the English Studies Department at the Universitat Jaume I in Castello, Spain. She is Senior Lecturer in English for Specific Purposes and is a member of LAELA (Lingueistica Aplicada a l'Ensenyament de la Llengua Anglesa), a research group currently involved in research projects dealing with Second Language Acquisition. She is currently working in the area of Corpus Linguistics and its applications to the teaching of foreign languages.
Maria Jose Luzon is Senior Lecturer in English for Specific Purposes at the University of Saragossa, Spain. She has a Ph.D. in English Philology and has published papers on academic and professional discourse and on language teaching and learning in the field of English for Specific Purposes in national and international journals. Her current research interests include corpus-based research of academic and professional discourse and the use of new technologies in English language teaching and learning.
