Jasmine Vandel, a Louisville, KY native, fell in love with writing at a young age. She enjoyed the freedom of allowing her imagination to run free. She began journaling when she needed an outlet to express herself. She fell in love with poetry after reading Phenomenal Woman, by her idol Dr. Maya Angelou, while in middle school. She started her career by using poetry to express how she felt. After embarking on a spiritual journey in 2011, she started her collection of over 50 poems and her blog, JassiePoetry.com. Which she recently revamped and renamed, JasmineVandel.life. Adding writing and graphic design services. In 2016, she finally wrote the first book of the family saga, the Prayer & Patience (P&P) Series, titled The Power of Prayer. Although it's still early, she's looking forward to making a positive impact on the World with her God-given talents and cycle breaking mentality.
