Dr. C. N. V. Satyanarayana Reddy is a Professor of Civil Engineering at College of Engineering, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India, and has 28 years of teaching, research, and consultancy experience. His expertise and research interests are in the areas of reinforced soils, ground improvement, landfills, soil retention in excavations, deep foundations, and forensic geotechnical engineering. He obtained B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University, M.Tech. in Geotechnical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, M.E. (Structures) from Andhra University, and Ph.D. from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal, India. He has guided 8 Ph.D. scholars and 92 M.Tech. dissertations.
