Emma Seppala, Ph.D., is Science Director of Stanford University's Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education and a leading expert on health psychology, cultural psychology, positive organisational psychology, wellbeing and resilience. Her work has been cited by numerous media outlets, including ABC News and the New York Times. She is a frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review, Psychology Today and Scientific American Mind. She is the founder and editor-in-chief of Fulfillment Daily, a news site dedicated to the science of happiness. A sought-after speaker, Seppala often gives talks on the psychology of health and wellbeing to academic, corporate and governmental institutions, including Google, the US National Science Foundation and the World Bank.
