About the Author

Bruce Hoverd is an experienced stress management consultant and integrated health coach. He is a fellow of the Institute of Stress Management and has worked with many well-known organisations throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. He is the founder of stress management organisation Managing Pressure, which provides full consultancy to professionals when they are experiencing stress. Hoverd is invited regularly to coach groups and managers, and run training programmes designed to increase resilience, reduce pressure and prevent stress. He also works with sixth formers, helping them to develop work and life skills. He is based in North London.
